You can set these in the Horizon portal, in the Webex app, or with star codes from your phone.

Tip: set “forward when unreachable” to a mobile, so calls keep coming through in a power cut or internet outage.
Forwarded calls to mobiles and external numbers are charged as outgoing calls from your Horizon account.
Prefer calls to ring your mobile as if it were your desk phone? Use Remote Office or the Webex app instead.
