Your order

When your card payment goes through, we accept your order straight away and register your domain — that’s when your contract starts (clause 2).

Registration

Each domain is registered for the number of years you choose (paid up front) in your business’s name, with you as the registrant (owner), and set up on Exeltel’s nameservers.

Renewal

When the registration period ends, domains renew automatically for a year at a time at our then-current price, charged to the same card, until you tell us to stop. Tell us at least 30 days before the renewal date if you don’t want to renew.

Transfers

The domain is yours. You can move it to another provider at any time — we’ll give you the transfer code or change the tag for .uk domains.

Refunds

Registration fees are paid to the registry straight away, so they can’t be refunded once the domain is registered.

Billing

Paid by card now for the whole registration period, then charged to the same card for each yearly renewal. Card payments are handled securely by Stripe — we never see your card details. Prices shown exclude VAT; VAT is added at checkout (clause 7).
