Horizon with Webex puts your Horizon phone line into the Webex app on your computer, phone and tablet — alongside messaging and video meetings, depending on your plan.
1. Find your welcome email
Look for “Welcome to Horizon with Webex!”. It contains your username, a Reset Password button and a link to download the app. Check your junk folder if you can’t see it.
The password link expires after 7 days. If it has expired, raise a ticket and we’ll send a new one.
2. Set your password
Select Reset Password and choose a strong password. If your company uses multi-factor authentication, follow the extra steps in the email.
3. Download the Webex app
- Windows or Mac: use the link in your email, or download Webex from webex.com. Your IT team may need to approve the install.
- iPhone or Android: install Webex from the App Store or Google Play.
4. Sign in
Open Webex, enter your work email address, then your new password. Your Horizon number appears in the calling area — you’re ready to make and take calls.
